Guided by an experienced instructor, these outings are ideal for combining pleasure, discovery, and smooth progression!

How to assess your level?

Beginner: You are comfortable on stable terrain (bike paths, wide trails) and want to discover mountain biking safely. You are learning to manage balance, position, braking, and trajectory on easy trails (green and blue). The goal is to gain confidence and master the basics of riding to enjoy a variety of trails. You have never jumped small bumps or done pumptrack.
Intermediate: You occasionally ride on mountain paths and trails (blue and red trails) and want to improve your technique. You already have a good grasp of braking and balance, can handle small obstacles, and want to enhance your fluidity in turns, terrain management, and riding on more technical trails. You have already jumped small bumps or done pumptrack.
Advanced: You ride regularly and are comfortable on varied trails, including red or black trails and some more technical sections. You want to improve your riding skills, obstacle management, and fluidity in descents. Whether it’s to gain confidence, refine your lines, or explore new terrains, our courses will help you progress at your own pace, safely and without pressure. You want to perfect your jumping technique or learn manuals on the pumptrack.
